Showroom Manager (part-time)

Currently, we are seeking to hire an experienced, self-starting, motivated, Showroom Manager to run and manage our new showroom in Las Vegas.  Harper Group represents multiple high demand publishers, gift, greeting card, stationery, home fragrance, and personal accessory brands.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Work with Customers from Daily Visits In Person and Virtually
• Assist in Sales During Show Times
• Manage showroom samples and catalogs that come in daily.
• Make shipments that go out daily including catalogs.
• Handle any customer service tasks as necessary.
• Manage and coordinate show events and logistics for shows.
• Miscellaneous Operational Tasks as Needed

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Tradeshow experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Highly Attentive to detail and quality
• Strong PC skills with ability to work with Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; using time efficiently
• Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Possesses a professional attitude, reacts well under pressure; accepts responsibility for their own actions; follows through on commitments
• Dependability: Follows instructions; responds to management direction; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
• Quality Management: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality
