Job Description
At CoBank, the Associate Treasury Analyst within the Funds Transfer Pricing group provides customer service and maintains relationships with CoBank's relationship managers, credit analysts, and association customers regarding transfer pricing issues, financial modeling, and systems development. In addition, this position participates in the development and maintenance of risk management products offered to all customers across the bank.
Essential Functions
• Performs daily transfer pricing duties including rate sheet creation, transfer pricing, prepayment review and exception reporting.• Works with internal and external customers to review transfer pricing assigned and methodology.• Assists in the design, development, and production of various types of management reports, including sections of the monthly ALCO package.• Participates in ongoing training and development activities to expand knowledge of funds transfer pricing methodologies, systems, and analytical best practices.• Engages in ongoing professional development to strengthen analytical capabilities and enhance readiness for increasingly complex responsibilities in funds transfer pricing.• Performs adhoc analysis and reporting as requested based on finance, transfer pricing, and technical knowledge.• Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or other relevant discipline required
Work Experience
- 1-year of banking or financial services experience, preferably in treasury

About CoBank
The typical base pay range for this role is between $61,300 - $70,100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
