Summary:

Position Overview:

A production supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production floor, 

including staff, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring production targets are met.

This is done by efficiently coordinating production processes and resolving any issues that arise, while 

maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations; essentially acting as a leader on 

the production line, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
