Heartview Foundation, a non-profit organization specializing in substance use disorder treatment, is expanding its team and seeking a compassionate and proficient individual to join us as a Licensed Addiction Counselor at our Bismarck location. 

Position Overview:  
In your role as a Licensed Addiction Counselor, you'll collaborate closely with a team of professionals to deliver vital clinical services to individuals in substance abuse treatment. Your responsibilities will include leading both individual and group therapy sessions, performing assessments, and embracing progressive approaches like medication-assisted treatment and harm reduction. Effective communication and organizational abilities are paramount to guarantee our patients receive top-tier care. Additionally, a deep understanding and appreciation of the diverse needs of our patient population is crucial.

Requirements

Qualifications:  To be eligible for this role, you must possess a counseling degree and the necessary licensure as an Addiction Counselor in North Dakota. If you are newly licensed, Heartview Foundation is ready to offer training and guidance to assist in your professional growth.

Salary Description $28 - 37/hour
