About the Role
Impact you will make
As the Product Marketing Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and execution for a portfolio of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling messaging, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative marketer with a strong foundation in B2B product marketing and a growing expertise in healthcare or health tech. The position reports to the Vice President of Portfolio Marketing.
What you will do
• Contribute to the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target buyers
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches and key initiatives
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and content development
• Develop a keen understanding of buyer personas, buyer needs, industry influencers and decision makers
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on value propositions and customer engagement strategies
• Create internal and external sales enablement materials that support the selling process, including pitch decks, buyer personas, battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators
• Collaborate with Product Management to align on roadmap priorities and translate features into customer value
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to build and create effective lead generation, advertising and PR initiatives that support product marketing plans
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a product marketing manager role
• Strong storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience conducting market, competitor and customer research to deliver business insight
• Critical-thinker aptitude with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent quantitative and analytical thinking to measure and optimize program
• High level of attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
