Tax Analyst - New York

Our client, a prestigious and expanding Private Equity firm based in New York, is seeking a Tax Analyst to join their dynamic and driven tax team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their Tax career aiming to transition into the Private Equity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting global tax compliance for each fund
• Solving tax-related issues through data analysis
• Collaborating with Big-4 partners on the preparation and review of tax returns
• Performing reconciliations for various entities
• Serving as a key point of contact for external stakeholders
• Assisting in documenting process management
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• University degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Law
• 1-2 years of experience in a Tax role
