Experienced Family Physician to join a group of  7 Family Physicians and another 37 Primary Care Physicians for a total of 140 Providers serving urban, inner city patients in Indianapolis and Central IN. This is an outpatient position that offers an excellent work-life balance. Practice full scope family medicine except OB.

Requirements

MD or DO degree who has completed an ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency

Board certified or Board eligible (within 5 years of Residency completion) with American Board of Family Medicine

Indiana Medical License and DEA

Prefer at least 1 year of experience
