The GEC model is well embedded in Arcadis, and the strong relationships that exist between our global offices are truly unique.</p> <p>This role will be responsible in managing technical aspects of smaller and/or less complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame and health and safety objectives. Architect I should manage the delivery of elements of larger projects in accordance with Arcadis management systems to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets. Typically assigned to provide a controlling technical role on medium size and/or moderately complex tasks in single discipline. Coordinates and manages teams of single (own) discipline designers and technicians. This is a task Management Role in line with Arcadis Task Manager Academy competence requirements. This role works to ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction, championing care and proactively working with internal stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioral framework.</li> <li>Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work.</li> <li>Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice.</li> <li>Develop and maintain technical knowledge (for example, national regulations, regulatory guidance, national standards, codes of practice and Arcadis procedures) to ensure ongoing personal effectiveness.</li> <li>Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources.</li> <li>Monitor the performance of team members, identifying and ensuring any issues are resolved.</li> <li>Develop effective working relationships with the Task Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of progress, changes and the resolution of issues.</li> <li>Coach, guide and provide technical advice to junior team members, to support them in their delivery of the project and in their professional development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design works.</li> <li>Architect with demonstrable experience on a wide range of complex projects at different stages.</li> <li>Experience in AutoCAD is required.</li> <li>Experience in project coordination can be an advantage.</li> <li>Proficiency in BIM and experience with design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Dynamo can be an advantage.</li> <li>Relevant industrial sector experience in all design phases.</li> <li>Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills.</li> <li>Competence in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines.</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>English language advanced skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Along with your resume, we kindly request that you include your portfolio as part of your application.</strong></p> <p>Why Arcadis?</p> <p>We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
