Join our team as a Strategy & Business Integration Manager, where you'll lead a talented group in shaping and executing MISO's Unified Planning and Performance Process.  From prioritizing our 5-year plan to fostering cross-organizational collaboration, you'll be at the forefront of driving corporate strategic objectives. Bring your expertise in strategic planning, business acumen, and leadership to revolutionize our approach to decision-making and propel us toward success in the dynamic energy industry.

 In one year as our Strategy & Business Integration Manager, you will know you were successful if you are: 

• Leveraged leadership, business acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication skills to initiate and facilitate conversations across the organization that will more accurately inform the plan and mature MISO’s strategic planning process.
• Identified and prioritized unified planning process gaps and worked with the appropriate people to remove roadblocks to address them.
• Partnered with the business to develop and drive Strategic Priority Objectives (SPOs) and plans that are consistent with corporate strategy and outcome priorities. 

 We are looking for people who have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Strategic Planning, Finance, or related field, (or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency) 

What we would like you to have:

• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Specific experience within any of the following: Strategic Planning, Portfolio Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Communications, Operational Planning (preferred)
• Previous energy industry experience (preferred)

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
