About the Role:

As a Senior Business Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with the President to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and lead strategic initiatives across various departments.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define business goals and develop action plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Leads the development of business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options and investment opportunities.
• Utilizes advanced data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools to identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations to executives.
• Develops comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders including executive leadership and board of directors. • Takes ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborates with business leaders to implement changes and manage cross-departmental projects that align with company strategy. 
• Facilitates regular strategic reviews and status updates, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic recommendations based on data and industry knowledge.
• Engages with key internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align on goals, and drive collaboration.
• In this role, you may be periodically assigned to revenue business initiatives to expand your knowledge in the industry.
• This focus will be paired with matrix relationships across multiple work teams. • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and business transformation.
• Strong experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data analysis tools and advanced Excel modeling.

Salary range:  $69,098.54 – $127,614.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
