If you believe in community, come join ours.</p></div><p><strong>About this role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close. In this role, you’ll support core accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help scale processes. You’ll work cross-functionally and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. This role will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger</li> <li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities</li> <li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts (cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, etc.)</li> <li>Support financial reporting and variance analysis</li> <li>Assist with audit preparation (external audits, SOX/internal controls if applicable)</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Revenue, Tax, etc.) to ensure accurate accounting treatment</li> <li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies</li> <li>Ad hoc accounting projects and requests, as needed</li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and enhance data insights</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Staff Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting </li> <li>Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system (Oracle, SAP) </li> <li>Good understanding of GAAP</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting</li> <li>Proficient in Microso
