Job Title: People Data & Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Description
As People Data & Analytics Senior Analyst you will have key responsibility for People analytics, initially oriented on Reward and pay equity. The successful candidate will collect, manage and analyse large datasets from different sources and present findings, comparisons, and recommendations in a concise and user-friendly format for internal and external stakeholders to be able to make important HR decisions. Responsible for creating the linkage across digital tools and global process to enhance HR data availability, data quality and data insights. This position offers the opportunity to shape HR data strategy, ensuring Galderma accelerates its journey towards a data-driven HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting, integrating and synthesizing people data from multiple sources, analysing and transforming it into actionable insights
- Responsible for tracking data quality, people data governance and data sources, mapping the end-to-end HR data flows and processes needed to ensure data availability for reporting
- Design people analytics strategy and roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including considerations of buy and build, design and operate, self-service (including development and leverage of AI where appropriate)
- Design effective ways to report people data in a simplified approach, translating complex data into meaningful narratives that support business decisions including the creation of presentations to global HR and business leadership teams
- Design, obtain buy-in and track Global HR indicators to measure the performance of the HR function
- Create and engage a global community of HR and business partners who are involved in different activities related to pay transparency, pay equity and HR analytics, providing direction in a globally harmonized approach
- Understand and coordinate the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other evolving mandatory requirements, analyzing regulations and compensation data to identify potential disparities and ensuring adherence to equal pay standards and identifying linkages and leverage of insights to support the business
- Collect, validate, and prepare HR data for audits under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ensuring accuracy and transparency in compliance reporting
- Assess emerging technologies, tools and vendors to improve data quality, enhance analytical capabilities, and standardize and/or automate HR reporting processes for processing by HR Operations or suitable technology
- Be the initial point of contact for all HR analytics questions
- Be able to partner globally with multiple stakeholders across all areas of HR, Legal, IT and Finance, with strong work ethic and responsibility for highly confidential information considering company policies and processes and data privacy regulatory requirements
- Have a curious mind to challenge the traditional ways of working, with an excellent understanding of how the business runs and the external ‘digital’ environment applying your knowledge where and when required to bring better solutions and insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
- 4-6 years’ experience in People Analytics or related field required. Experience in Rewards an advantage
- Outstanding capabilities with, and a passion for, HR technology, AI and analytics tools (e.g. excel, regression tools (R, Python) and newly available offerings in the marke
