UNICEF’s Global Shared Services Centre in Budapest is recruiting highly dedicated individuals for travel administration function to GSSC, UNICEF will be able to streamline processes, better utilize resources, improve reporting, monitor policy compliance ensuring quality of work, performance delivery, service excellence and compliance with the Travel unit.

Specific work conditions: As part of their regular duties, staff may be assigned as duty officers on a rotational basis.

Minimum requirements:
Education: A completed university degree in Public/Business Administration or any other related field is required
Work Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in administration, preferably with an international organization and involved in the administration of Travel Management, is required.
- Proven supervisory and people management experience including developing and maintaining high performing teams is highly desirable.
- Working experience in ERP system (SAP) is required
- Experience in UNICEF/UN Travel Units and Travel administration and handling travel in a shared services/business support center is highly desirable.
- Experience in planning, organizing and delivering administrative support services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UN/UNICEF'S rules, regulations and procedures is considered an asset.

Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese or Russian) is an asset.
