Responsibilities

The Offering Architect is responsible for defining, documenting, and developing standard architectures for the delivery of one of NWN Carousel’s Technology Offerings  This role ensures that Offerings, products, and solution componants, align with the organization's business objectives, technical standards, and future growth plans. Combining technical expertise with leadership skills, the Offering Architect guides architectural strategy, fosters innovation, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable Offerings in aligment with the standards set forth by the Lead Architect, Customer Success organizaitons, and Product Management.

 

This role requires building strong relationships with their cross functional peers and other groups within the company and our partners, to ensure NWN Carousel is delivering customers outcome-based services that solve real business problems. This role will participate in business meetings to ensure the solutions are meeting targets for sales and customer expectations. Pipeline, revenue, and cost analysis of the technology services are a requirement for the role.

 

Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Define and maintain the Offering Architecure and Architecture Roadmaps in aligment to systems, offerings, and organizational goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies and solution componants to advise offering and product teams on how to integrate these into their offerings and our architectures
• Ahere to standard architecture models, diagrams, documentation and other standards to aid in offer development, training, and enablement activities
• Work with the Lead Architect and Product Management s to align their architectures to the company standards including ensuring complance with standards for service delivery, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Work with Offering Managers and Product Management to define clear requirements for services including the architecture, entitlement deliverables, system and platform enablement, and engineering delivery of solutions in a given solution or offering area.
• Be proficient in how NWN Carousel delivers our services today with an eye to how we improve and build new services in the future. Use that expertise to aid the offering leadership, product management, and presales teams in defining, building, and selling our services.
• Work to build and maintain a library of documents to support internal enablement, product design and development, and sales activities
• Perform enablement activities for Product and Offering teams. Assist in sales and engineering enablement activities.
• Maintain fluency in a cross disciplinary stack of IT solutions including networking, carrier services, hybrid cloud, communications, security and adjacent technologies.
• Work with Offering Managers and Product Management to develop and maintain technology product roadmap and strategy.
• Idea Management – responsible for working with architecture and customer success teams to capture and vet new offering and delivery optimization ideas.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
