We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and analytics, possessing a strong background in corporate finance and a deep understanding of business operations. This role requires proficiency in creating insightful and visually appealing reports using Power BI, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various departments to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into effective data visualizations.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

• Analyze financial and business data to provide insights and support decision-making processes, and challenge business assumptions.

• Optimize and enhance existing Power BI reports for better performance and usability.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices

• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practices.

• Experience in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.

• Proven experience in a similar position (~4 years)

• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages desired

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
