We are adding a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to our growing team, who will lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers, Quality Analysts, and Testers within the team’s ecosystem. The QAM will be responsible for setting their team members up for success from the perspective of practice adoption and ongoing enablement while closely working with the Delivery team. The QAM must be well-versed in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering as fused testing strategies continue to play a critical role in their success.

What would your day look like:
- Oversee a cross-regional team of Quality Engineers, Quality Analysts, and Testers.
- Participate in the interview process and act as Hiring Manager for various QA roles on the team.
- Ensure efficient and fluent onboarding to Testlio and set team members up for success.
- Provide professional support, guidance, and coaching within your team, including motivating, challenging, energizing, and empowering team members.
- Respond to and handle client-side escalations.
- Communicate and coordinate daily with the automation team, effectively managing the planned backlog and clarifying functionality requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and quantify data to produce clear and insightful reports.
- Manage ambiguity and guide the team by establishing clear priorities and timelines.
- Potential to travel to the client's site in the US once a quarter.
What do you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience managing both manual and automated testing, with extensive expertise in mobile platform testing.
- Proven track record of team leadership with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build confidence across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving company-wide
