Job Description
Join our industry-leading team in driving growth and innovation in animal health. As a key strategic player, the Customer Marketing Manager will lead full Business to Business and Business to Consumer strategy branding for our Cattle and Equine channels. With a focus on Ag Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce channels, you will be responsible for developing annual market plans and channel guidance, driving advertising and promotional activities, and maintaining brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual market plans and channel guidance for Cattle and Equine species areas
- Lead shopper marketing initiatives and analyze sales data to drive profitability
- Collaborate with Animal Health Business Units to develop pricing strategies, achieve business targets, and support product launches
- Drive the development and implementation of digital marketing and sales strategies for Ag Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce retailers
- Communicate market and business trends to justify ongoing investment and identify growth opportunities
- Drive development of key eCommerce capabilities and support processes
- Provide input to Marketing for product improvements and new products
- Work collaboratively across species teams to enhance knowledge of the OTC Animal Health product portfolio
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5 years’ experience in B2B and B2C strategy branding, marketing strategy development, and execution
- Demonstrated experience in Animal Health sales and product launches
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in driving digital marketing and sales strategies
- Expert-level computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel overnight and attend weekend activities, such as Trade Shows
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Sales training and/or applied sales exposure
- Experience in Food Production Animal and Companion Animal (Equine & Canine) sectors
- E-Commerce knowledge and exposure
- Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Animal Health industry
- Knowledge of animal health biological and pharmaceutical products
- Understanding or experience working with distribution channel partners
