Part-Time Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrists

Compass Health Center is seeking Part-Time Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrists at both of our locations (Chicago and Northbrook, IL). We are a leading independent outpatient psychiatric facility that provides hospital-level care in a supportive, non-hospital setting. We provide daytime and evening programs for children, adolescents, young adults and adults suffering from debilitating mood, anxiety and trauma disorders. Our core treatment model is Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

We are seeking individuals who want to grow and be a part of an expanding organization that is innovative, mission driven, and MD-led. On-site private practice opportunities are also available (but not required) in addition to PHP/IOP responsibilities.

For these positions, we are specifically looking for Psychiatrists who are able to support our evening IOP programs, working 3:00-7:30PM Monday-Friday.

As a Psychiatrist at Compass Health Center, your overall responsibility will include:

* Leading experienced clinical teams

* Conducting psychiatric evaluations

* Establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy

* Daily care of patients in Compass PHP/IOP

* Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses and psychiatrists

You would be the ideal candidate, if you possess the following qualifications:

* Adult Psychiatrist that is BE or BC

* Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist that is BE or BC

* Experience in managing clinical teams

* Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness

* Experience with Psychopharmacology
