Overview
This position will work with the Center for Empowering Teaching Excellence (ETE) team under the supervision of the Executive Director. ETE focuses on cultivating the culture of teaching excellence across the USU-system. This position will perform a range of administrative support and/or clerical duties, remotely with some in-person requirements for ETE events, typically 10-15 per week hours. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah.
Responsibilities
- Perform office duties including answering phones, directing calls to appropriate parties, data entry, filing, appointment scheduling, and other general duties as assigned.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings/conferences, and maintaining/ordering office supplies-Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Submit travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Submit receipts for P-card purchases and expenses in timely manner.
- Composes various standard documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Coordinates with the business manager.
- Support and assist ETE directors as requested with assistance in planning, organizing, and providing support for events and programs.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Advertised Salary
$21.00 per HourADA
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
