Customer Service - Will Call

Job Title:                           Customer Service – Will Call Window

FLSA Status:                    Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Pay Range:                       $17.50 - $20.00

Department:                  Customer Service

Reports To:                     Customer Service Manager

Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as                well as team members within the Customer Service Department.

Job Description

• Customer Service
  • Answer calls from customers; troubleshoot
  • Enter new orders
  • Call customers on trucks that are more than 30 minutes late, send an email to team to inform them of late trucks; give them ETA
• Administrative
  • Get invoices off printer and separate
  • Check voice mail and emails
  • Taking care of customers at the will call window. 
  • Taking customers’ payments and overseas the cash drawer. 
  • Keeping files of salespeople’s daily pick ups  
  • Checking Kuna Cell phone for errors left by drivers overnight and reporting them via email to the error sheet group and the salesperson it pertains to 
  • Downloading pictures from cell Phone 
  • Check emails for errors from sales and report them via email to the error sheet group and sales if it pertains to their customer. 
  • Double checking all errors in Lucas 
  • Filling out spreadsheet and attaching pictures 
  • Other duties as assigned  

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-driven, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and exercise prompt decision-making and have problem solving.
• Ability to utilize various computer software systems
• Time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
