The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy and execution for engagement-focused workflows within Relias’ Employee Engagement and Retention Platform – including career development, progression pathways, engagement loops, Pulse Surveys, Recognition, Manager Dashboards, and Mobile Experiences. The Senior Product Manager will act as the leader of cross-functional teams consisting of Product, User Experience, and Engineering to deliver against our product strategy. This role drives high-frequency, intuitive touchpoints that generate high-quality signals for an advanced predictive model that evaluates the risk of clinical employees’ attrition and engagement, that increases frontline participation, and empowers managers to act, address key customer pain points, create business value, and differentiate Relias in the market.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and participating in the development of modules that support career development, progression pathways, and engagement loops (clinical & leadership tracks), Pulse Surveys & Sentiment, Recognition, manager dashboards, and mobile frontline experiences to support the strategic positioning of Relias solutions in the healthcare market 

• Influence and align executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering on product vision, priorities, and trade-offs. 

• Build trust and credibility by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 

• Leveraging market sizing (TAM, SAM) and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and use financial models to support investment decisions.  

• Formulating and testing hypotheses using customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation to drive decision-making. 

• Lead the discovery process through qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points with a focus on clinical personas in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. 

• Establishing and tracking key business and product metrics such as retention, activation, engagement, and revenue impact. Analyzing metrics and trends for insights. 

• Working closely with engineering and UX teams to break down complex problems into iterative solutions and development milestones, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy. Partner with UX to design accessible, mobile-first flows (WCAG 2.2, AA, glanceable UI, thumb-reachable controls, limited typing, etc.)
