Shift Manager - Slots

• Implements approved company policy & supervises the operation of the slot machines and
performance of Slot personnel during assigned shift.
• Responsible for training, management, and equitable treatment of staff.
• Promotes positive customer relations.
• Responsible for scheduling of Slot Service Hosts.
• Assist in the performance of Slot Service Host duties when business demands.
• Resolves minor guest complaints through the use of our service recovery procedures with a sense of
urgency and empathy with approved levels of authority.
• Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s
internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
