About Otsuka Precision Health (OPH)

Part of Otsuka Holdings and founded on Otsuka’s rich history in delivering breakthrough innovations to solve complex problems for patients, Otsuka Precision Health is a US-based digital health company serving individuals with unmet needs in mental health.

What you will do (Job Description)

The Digital Health Engagement Partner (DHEP) is a pivotal commercial role at Otsuka Precision Health (OPH), responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Rejoyn, a prescription digital therapeutic (PDT) for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). This role is focused on engaging health systems, integrated delivery networks, and affiliated healthcare providers to position Rejoyn as a scalable, technology-enabled solution that enhances patient outcomes and complements standard of care.

Operating at the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation, the DHEP will execute strategic account plans across complex provider organizations, leveraging a deep understanding of clinical workflows, digital integration, and value-based care. The role requires consultative engagement with institutional stakeholders and HCPs to articulate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Rejoyn, while driving formulary consideration, adoption, and prescribing behavior.

In addition to generating new demand, the DHEP will partner with OPH colleagues and with customers to support pull-through by ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and sustained utilization across care settings. Success in this role requires a highly motivated, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in an emerging category, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can translate innovative digital health solutions into tangible value for providers and patients.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sales specific to Psychiatric space, experience calling on large IDN's and health systems or organized customers, and a passion for advancing novel, software-based therapeutics that are reshaping the future of mental health care.

Availability during U.S. Eastern time zone business hours is mandatory. 50-70% travel expected depending on region and account needs. Mix of regional and national travel for in-person customer engagements, events, and team meetings. Willingness to travel for strategic B2B partnerships, conferences, and educational programs to drive awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities:

·      Drive Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets for Rejoyn by developing and executing strategic account plans focused on health systems, integrated delivery networks, and affiliated healthcare providers.

·      Execute Top-Down/Bottom-Up Sales Model: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare institutions, including clinical leaders, behavioral health providers, administrators, and digital health decision-makers, to drive awareness, access, and prescribing of Rejoyn. In addition, build relationships with and drive Rejoyn prescribing among HCPs affiliated with these institutions.

·      Consultative Selling: Effectively communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Rejoyn as a prescription digital therapeutic, positioning it as a scalable solution that complements standard of care for patients with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).

·      Market Development Execution: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts, expanding adoption through formulary inclusion, protocol integration, and alignment with institutional priorities such as value-based care and digital transformation.

·      Pull-Through Support: Partner with customers and internal operations teams to support onboarding, workflow integration, and sustained utilization.

·      Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal market access, medical, marketing, legal, and product teams to align on customer needs, remove barriers to adoption, and ensure compliant execution of all customer-facing activities.

·      Customer Insights & Feedback: Capture and communicate field insights on customer needs, product experience, and market dynamics to inform ongoing product development, commercialization strategy, and go-to-market optimization.

·      Market Access and Payer Engagement: Collaborate with the Market Access team to establish reimbursement and sustainable business models.
