Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-shift huddle for Utility Operators.
• Schedule and assign shift responsibilities to Utility Operators.
• Coordinate shift break relief and training schedules. Monitor execution.
• Manage work order change process. Complete work order and paperwork changes.
• Promote continuous improvement processes, including SMED, 5S, Kaizen, problem solving, and implementing lean metrics.
• Leads by example and performs all job duties in accordance with Growscape’s values.
• Act as fill in supervisor, including:
  • Complete incident response training.
  • Monitor workstation organization and cleanliness.
  • Provide shift leadership and training to Utility Operators.
  • Communicate shift performance to leadership, including accurately communicating issues and completing end of shift paperwork.
  • Track department KPIs(key performance indicators) and create/implement repair or improvement plans.
• Performs other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills, critical thinking and reading comprehension.
• Must possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and get along well with other team members.
