We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead sales performance and strategy across our portfolio of premier senior living communities. This high-impact role plays a key part in driving census growth, mentoring on-site sales teams, and strengthening community outreach.
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Regional Director of Sales will work closely with Executive Directors and community sales teams to implement proven sales systems, enhance CRM usage, and foster accountability and momentum across the FellowshipLIFE portfolio. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration, results, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams across multiple communities to meet or exceed occupancy goals
  • Deliver in-person training, coaching, and mentoring for new and existing sales staff
  • Monitor and enhance the use of CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, lead presentations, and guide sales events
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and onboarding programs
  • Review sales reports and drive sales productivity at each community
  • Provide hands on sales support making calls and taking tours when/where necessary
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on census goals and sales strategies
  • Evaluate sales environments and provide feedback on space, process, and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with regional oversight
  • Senior living, CCRC, or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and coach high-performing sales teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel regularly between communities – emphasis in South Jersey

Salary:

  • $140,000.00 - $150,000.00
