Joining us means being part of a passionate team where your ideas and skills directly contribute to shaping tomorrow's technologies.</p> <p>If you're excited about working on ambitious projects in a dynamic and flexible environment, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Design, build, and maintain scalable <strong>data pipelines</strong> and <strong>ETL processes</strong> to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and maintain dashboards using modern visualization tools (<strong>DOMO is a must-have</strong>, Tableau, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and manage <strong>data instrumentation strategies</strong> (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar)</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure <strong>data quality</strong>, integrity, and reliability across multiple sources (product, marketing, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement and optimize <strong>data storage, transformation, and retrieval</strong> processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain <strong>monitoring and alerting</strong> mechanisms for data operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform <strong>data analysis</strong> and support predictive and forecasting models using modern tools and methodologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively suggest and implement <strong>data engineering and data science</strong> best practices to meet business needs</p> </li> <li> <p>Educate and support collaborators to become <strong>data-driven</strong> in their decision-making</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>5+ years</strong> of proven working experience as a <strong>Data Engineer</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to manage and process large, complex datasets</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>DOMO expertise is mandatory</strong>; proficiency with other visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) is a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid experience in <strong>data transformation (ETL, data flows)</strong> and building robust pipelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Good knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong> and data modeling principles</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with <strong>Python</strong> for automation, predictive analytics, or machine learning projects is a strong advantage</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in <strong>English</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Pragmatike</strong> is dedicated to a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment process.
