Schedule:
Monday through Friday.

Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.

In This Role, You Will:
Contribute to the success of all loan servicing software changes and projects through testing and analysis before implementation. You will also provide training content for end users and assist with project management.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
• Review and validate business requirements.
• Define and document testing strategy for each deliverable.
• Test for data quality and user interface functionality.
• Evaluate, assess, and report on results of projects and project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete testing as appropriate.
• Plan and implement release of projects to the company.
• Create user and “How to” guides for software releases, testing, and compliance.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation to ensure that it remains up to date.
• Maintain testing instances to deliver test cases.
• Assist with project planning and management as assigned.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project guidelines.
• Provide post-implementation support and implement systems changes as required
• Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to address issues or defects within a timely manner.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.


Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in the consumer lending or financial industry with demonstrated knowledge of state lending, collections, and fair practice and ethics laws.
• At least one (1) year of experience working with enterprise loan servicing software.
• Ability to calculate semi-complex mathematical equations, ratios, values, and other related calculations.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and possess strong and effective organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Word.
• Critical thinking sound judgment, flexibility, initiative, and commitment in an environment of rapid change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.
• Highly-motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of company staff.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
• Technical writing experience or experience developing test cases for software testing needs.


Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation: Hourly Rate (commensurate with experience)
