What you will do:

• Leading and developing the Finance & Legal Team
• Ensure quality and optimize financial processes and reports
• Analyze data, derive insights, and advise management
• Conduct contract negotiations with customers and ensure compliance
• Support in complex financial transactions and legal matters
• Oversee the annual financial statements and manage external consultants
• Manage cash flows and financial strategies
• Utilize AI-driven analytical tools to optimize financial processes

Requirements

What we expect:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law, or related field
• Have several years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the service sector
• Possess solid knowledge in controlling, compliance, and contract law
• Experience with M&A processes and financial strategies is a plus
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent English and German skills to complement your profile
