We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team for 2pm-10pm shift. PCAs provide daily support to the residents with activities of daily living, companionship, and assistance that help them maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and assist with meals.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing team.
Qualifications:
• HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
