The Sr, Manager of Federal Marketing , will be responsible for leading our go-to-market initiatives to grow market share. In this role, the successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy leveraging the entire marketing mix including channel and alliances targeting and the U.S. government accounts. Working closely with our sales teams, our partner team and the extended global marketing organization, the candidate will develop and own the execution and results to achieve our business plan. 

Job Description 

• Develop and implement the marketing plan for the US Federal sector and U.S-designated critical infrastructure entities supporting marketing, sales & growth objectives. 
• Execute marketing strategies, with a strong focus on communication and lead. generation, leveraging channel & alliances in a scaled go-to-market strategy. 
• Build and execute impactful messaging and campaign plans, working closely with Veeam’s campaign, web and digital teams. 
• Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate, and the Americas regional marketing team. 
• Hits or Exceeds marketing KPI’s and sales targets and reports on key KPI’s weekly through regular forecast meetings. 
• Manage a Team 

Additional Job Description 

• Strong Fed marketing leadership experience desired (5-7 years in a leadership role), with the capability to build wholistic marketing plans that include events (physical & virtual), digital, PR, social media and channel programs. 
• Strong experience in building a joint GTM with partners 
• Extensive software marketing experience into the Federal government. 
• Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills. 
• Customer-first mentality. 
• Strong planner and experience developing and executing integrated sales, channel and marketing plans to build pipeline and meet business goal targets. 
• Great balance of strategic program development, execution, and ongoing management skills. 
• Self-starter, data driven and results-oriented.
