A trusted health partner in our communities. </li></ul></div><div>What you will Do: </div><div><ul><li>FirstChoice CT Techs are utilized to fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, and we need you to be a part of this innovative program!   </li></ul></div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>The CT Technologist is responsible for reviewing the Physician Order and reason for exam, preparing the patient, positioning, and performing CT imaging of patients.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>The CT Technologist works closely with CT leadership and the Radiologist to produce the most diagnostic images possible in accordance with the department protocols. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Operates diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain images of the designated body portions for interpretation by physicians, with attention to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) techniques.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with members of assigned unit as well as FirstChoice colleagues to deliver evidenced based care within a healing culture for patients as well as families. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Minimum Qualifications:     </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Associate’s degree or higher required. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Eighteen (18) months of CT experience required.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and registered as a CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. (Note: American Heart Association certifications only accepted.) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Job Details:    </div><div>Location: Samaritan Health System</div><div>Start Date: asap</div><div>Weeks: 13<span
