Production Team Lead

Description

POSITION   OBJECTIVE: 

Responsible   for daily oversight of filter production within department including delegating   tasks, setting deadlines and fostering a positive and productive work   environment. Plays a crucial role in communication and problem-solving within   the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Inspire and motivate team members  to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Distribute  work effectively, assigning tasks based on team members’ skills and expertise.
• Establish clear objective and deadlines for the team and individual members.
• Monitor others activities and perform own work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure clear and open communication within the team and with other departments.
• Track team and  individual performance, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to use a tape measure accurately.
