Assistant Director of Beverage

Job Description

As an Assistant Director your role will include:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operation of all bars and lounges in achieving their financial and customer service goals, the creation of a specialty beverage program throughout the property, employee training, hiring, scheduling, and oversee the Beverage management staff. 

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Beverage Manager or Assistant Beverage Manager.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
