Injection Molding Process Technician

Description

Tramec Plastics & Composites in Wellington, KS currently seeks an Injection Molding Process Technician to support our injection molding business. The chosen candidate must have good leadership skills, be dependable and have basic computer skills. They must also be able to work any shift if needed.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities include:

• Setup and startup of molding machines

• Assist in mold changes

• Programming and processing machines as needed;

• Troubleshooting processes to resolve problems and improve efficiencies

• Maintaining molding machines to achieve optimal performance

Additional duties will include:

• Coaching of employees

• Monitor and maintain Quality objectives

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2 + years production injection molding experience

• Computer data entry

• Able to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds

• Walking / Standing required throughout 8-10 hour shift
