Senior Underwriter

Chubb Primary Construction is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Dallas office (Southwest Region) as a Senior Underwriter. We specialize in delivering customized and complex Primary Construction programs, tailored specifically to meet the unique business needs and operations within the construction industry.

As a Senior Underwriter, you will take the lead in underwriting individual risks, as well as:

• Soliciting new and renewal submissions from brokers
• Determining terms, conditions, and intricate rating plans
• Binding coverage
• Documenting underwriting files meticulously
• Managing more complex files and portfolios within your underwriting authority
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff

• 4 -7 years underwriting experience
• Experience underwriting multiple lines of insurance
• Bachelor’s degree
