Job Description
The Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary of Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASAALT), Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), has a requirement for Scientific, Engineering, Technical and Advisory (SETA) services to the Program Manager Army Data And Analytics Platforms (PM ARDAP).
About PM ADARP: PM ARDAP is a portfolio of systems that will modernize Army business processes and enable scalable, agile, and trusted data platforms integrated with data services/applications, visualization, and analytic tools to facilitate fact based and resource-informed decision-making. To support PM ARDAP’s mission, a full range of SETA services are needed. SETA services range from providing administrative assistance to providing expert technical assistance on national efforts that will contribute to maintaining and expanding the Army’s capabilities. The primary program offices within PM ARDAP that will be utilizing the SETA services are as follows
- Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program Hub (AESIP HUB)
- Automated Movement and Identification Solutions (AMIS)
- Army Training Information System (ATIS)
- Enterprise Business System Convergence (EBS-C)
- Global Force Information Management (GFIM)
- Logistics Information Systems (LIS)
- Army Vantage (Vantage)
- Army Test and Evaluation Command Integrated Mission Management System (AIMMS)
- Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG)
Responsibilities
- Serves as the BryceTech counterpart to the Governments contracting officer representative for all program-wide contract technical issues, contract performance, and issue resolution at Ft Lee Va.
- Provides oversight and executive level management to all personnel at Ft. Lee under this contract.
- Provides strategic direction, vision, leadership, and program management supervision and counsel to BryceTech’s team at Ft. Lee Va.
- Responsible for BryceTech’s cost, schedule, and performance on the contract at Ft. Lee Va
- Ensures all positions are filled with highly qualified personnel acceptable to both BryceTech Senior Management and PM ADARP at Ft Lee
- Ensures that required deliverables are accurate and provided to the customer within the specified time requirements per the contract.
- Spot checks personal performance on task. Performs required QA/QC checks.
- Schedules and attends periodic performance review meetings with the COR/COTR and other Government personnel as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ensures all positions are filled with highly qualified personnel acceptable to both BryceTech Senior Management and PM ADARP at Ft Lee
- Ensures that required deliverables are accurate and provided to the customer within the specified time requirements per the contract.
- Spot checks personal performance on task. Performs required QA/QC checks.
- Schedules and attends periodic performance review meetings with the COR/COTR and other Government personnel as necessary.
- BA/BS + 15 years of relevant experience or Master’s + 10 years of relevant experience. Relevance experience such as:
- project/program management experience
- experience in managing Government contracts with professional and administrative support services
- Must have Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a Project Manager for contract consisting of 50+ FTEs and value more than $50M
- Previous experience supporting PEO EIS, preferably as a PM, Project Manager, or as a task order lead highly desirable.
- Previous experience supporting an Army PEO required.
- DAU Lvl III program management or PMI-PMP certification required.
