Role reports to: Manager Franchise Integration

Location: Summit, NJ; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.  This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Travel Requirement: 10%

Pay: $73,000 - $117,300

What you will do 

As a Senior Analyst – Operations Support, you will be responsible for leading efforts and providing superior, specialized, customer service and analytical support related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), SAP and Kenvue Customer Portal initiatives for Consumer DELIVER North America. The scope includes working across operations to develop, implement and continually improve digital solutions that increase efficiency through automation to best serve our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to drive electronic adoption across US Deliver
• Ideation and implementation of EDI-Digital solutions and improvements to automate order-to-cash transactions
• Manage support tickets for EDI, SAP and KC Portal
• Thrive in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment that interconnects with a wide variety of complex systems and processes and interacts with both internal and external customers/partners
• Lead and prioritize customer requests, and internal business needs to streamline processes and provide customer value
• Lead projects related to EDI, SAP and KC Portal to provide business perspectives and strategy
• Lead key departmental initiatives by utilizing business knowledge, systems, strong decision-making skills, and proven project management skills
