A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct .
• Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 4 years experience, or a advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in inventory management.
• Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of multitasking and working with changing priorities and deadlines 
• Preferred to have Six Sigma Yellow, or Green Belt certification.
• Preferred to have APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification.
• Proven ability to produce consistent, detail oriented, high-quality work.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of inventory management requirements and ability to assess current procedures and resolve gaps.
• Experience working in a regulated environment--ideally the medical device industry.
• Proactively drives results.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):80,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
