Director, Account Management, Location Based Experience's

Overview
We are looking for a Director to manage partner business-related matters for all applicable Paramount-branded Location Based Experiences including but not limited to hotels/resorts, theme parks, cruises, exhibitions and live stage tour relationships. They will support partners with day-to-day business needs, including, but not limited to ongoing communication, recurring calls, coordinating annual meetings and compliance with contractual obligations.
They will collaborate and support Partner, Global Creative Group, and LBE Design to accomplish partner’s creative goals. As well as, collaborate with Paramount brand teams and partners to develop robust marketing & merchandise programs that tap existing licensed product lines and create new custom merchandise.

Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with key collaborators to stay informed and influence decision making for companywide and partner initiatives, strategies, and goals
- Conduct annual partner meetings to evaluate overall business performance, share marketing highlights, identify expansion opportunities and new initiatives for upcoming year
- Work with the appropriate regions to ensure territory-specific goals are achieved.
- Manage planning efforts and serve as liaison for various internal and external collaborators for special events, grand openings, and expansions
- Monitor CSA deliverables, participate in creative development meetings and resolve challenges as needed
- Route marketing submissions for internal approvals incl GCG, Franchise, Brand Marketing, Legal, Standards (as well as LBE creative teams as necessary)
- Amplify partners’ marketing plans with ancillary inventory (i.e. on-air, online, non-traditional platforms)
- Collaborate and provide approval for partner’s program concepts (i.e. themed months, character events, descriptions, URL registrations, etc.)
- Implement and manage fulfillment of promotions such as sweepstakes, viewing parties, talent appearances, product demonstrations and samplings
- Communicate company updates and priorities to assist partners with development of consumer and trade marketing programs, advertising collateral and retail initiatives
- Lead all aspects of the approval process for marketing and press submissions to ensure strategic and creative cohesion
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop brand books and toolkits as necessary to support partner’s business needs
- Manage all invoice requests and payments for annual license fees and merchandise royalties
Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in appropriately related field of study
- 5+ years experience in the Themed Entertainment or Leisure industry in an administrative/management capacity
- Thorough understanding of LBE business and industry, especially in areas of licensing, branding, and experience trends
- Experience in brand management & licensee account management and working within in a global, cross cultural organization

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 150,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
