The Role

We are searching for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Associate Director, Facility Transformation. This role is instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic foundations of Facilities management. Responsibilities:

• Lead FM Strategy and Transformation: Respond to company capabilities, analyze customer needs, and assess market dynamics to drive Facilities Management (FM) strategy and transformation.

• Strategic Initiative Prioritization: Prioritize and optimize strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient investment allocation among various country and customer opportunities.

• Multi-Function Execution: Drive execution in multi-function initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between different teams and functions.

• Global Facilities Management Program: Review and optimize our global facilities management program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Transformation Opportunity Sourcing: Source, seed, and accelerate transformation opportunities, collaborating closely with market teams to deliver and embed innovation.

• Matrixed Management: Manage matrixed teams capable of incubating new transformation opportunities, accelerating our response to market demands.

• Coordination and Collaboration: Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between countries and functions, fostering a unified approach.

• Insights and Progress Tracking: Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities, both within and outside the organization.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of professional experience with leadership skills and a proven ability to drive initiatives to completion.

• Relevant experience in transformation, strategy, and project management/delivery.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, initiative, and the capacity to think holistically and strategically.

• Ability to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal) being essential.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 - $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan
