The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate CEO and Executive Communications Specialist to join the team in either Seattle, WA or Plano, TX.
This position is responsible for the development and coordination of executive communications initiatives, specific to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Boeing Company and will support additional Executive Council (ExCo) communication initiatives, including Boeing’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), as applicable. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CEO and Executive Communications, this specialist will provide planning, support, and execution of various internal and external leadership engagements to include preparation of briefings, talking points, speeches, presentations, webcasts/town halls, stories, videos and social media. The specialist will collaborate closely with the broader Communications function and administrative teams of ExCo leaders.
Position Responsibilities:
Builds strategic and tactical communications plans that drive priorities, delivers key messages and yield results
Provides effective and timely communications support and content for the CEO, COO, and other ExCo leaders as needed
Provides on the ground communications liaison/support for CEO and other senior leaders
Contributes to the support of digital strategy and social media presence for executive leadership across internal and external platforms
Facilitates senior leadership webcasts, works closely with communicators across the enterprise to ensure alignment
Engages and collaborates across the broader Boeing community globally to align and execute on ExCo engagement plans; shares resources and best practices with colleagues to support effective communication for ExCo members
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience writing communications for senior executives and other leaders
1+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
Experience in internal, executive or external communications support
Experience influencing with stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive common objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $68,000 - $92,000
