WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for executing cross-functional projects that directly support building our brand and growing market share.  You’ll impact our bottom line as you balance the needs of multiple projects, getting them completed on time and within budget while ensuring risks are mitigated. This requires building partnerships with a host of business stakeholders, a foundational understanding of core supply chain competencies, and the application of core project management principles to deliver our expanding product portfolio. Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 3 or more days a week

*Life happens and we know it. In-office days and hours are dependent on department and business needs, so as long as you’re honest about your needs, we will do what we can to support when things pop up.

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

• Plan and monitor multiple product and packaging projects.

• Update project plans and schedules, ensuring stakeholders have visibility to key intel and how we’re tracking against schedules and commitments.

• Ensure proactive communication and reporting to project stakeholders.

• Maintain a Risk/Action/Issue/Decision log for each project.

• Manage resource allocations.

• Actively engage with PMO team members.

• Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or equivalent experience.

• One (1) to two (2) years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience maintaining project deliverables (e.g., schedule, issue & risk logs, communication plan, status reports).

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated understanding of project management techniques and waterfall methodology.  

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with Workfront PPM is preferred.
