We build highly complex medical robotic systems and the team needs to be able to quickly problem solve and implement solutions. This team (Manufacturing Engineering) owns the creation, development, qualification, and stabilization of manufacturing lines. Individuals who excel at finding better ways to build devices using data driven analysis thrive in our work environment. Our highly collaborative team needs to both support and lead problem identification, root cause analysis and implement solutions. We are tightly linked with the design team(s) and we determine the best way to assemble through ownership of design for assembly, design for manufacturing and design for service.
