Otis is in search of a Warehouse Coordinator & Deliveries with strong organizational capabilities, a safe driving record, and a motivated personality. Duties will include shipping & receiving, delivery coordination, vender & tooling management, and delivery duties. The successful candidate will be hard working, individually motivated, organized, and experienced with computer systems and typical office applications.

Role Overview:

• Engaging with delivery services to take receipt of small to large equipment / material deliveries.
• Utilizing the fleet trucks to personally make deliveries throughout the DE, NJ, & PA tri-state area.
• Managing communication with supervisors to scheduled and coordinate deliveries and tooling
• Coordinating large freight deliveries with local venders for side delivery support.
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and operational space
• Supporting and enhancing processes to ensure efficiency, organization, and safety.
• Maintaining inventory of critical consumable elevator components and supplies.
• Utilizing Otis Elevator computer systems to track, identify, & communicate deliveries to the team.
• Coordinating with line level supervisors for safety equipment ordering and inventory management.
• Scheduling and maintaining the F250, F450, F550 fleet delivery truck assets.
