About the role

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative and clerical support to staff to facilitate the efficient operation of the program. Primary functions will include managing the program supply inventories, placing and receiving orders, communicating with vendors, typing correspondences, preparing specialized reports and schedules, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Providing desk coverage for lunch shifts and call outs.  Travel to the main office to drop off or collect items.
 
Fire Safety and First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to pass test to acquire these credentials required. Related duties as assigned. 

 

HOURS:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Several years of office systems experience. Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must also be proficient in computer databases and MS Office software. Bilingual preferred.
