You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Contribute as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential
- Identify and address client needs through critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Leading the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs that places the users at the center, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies
- Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction such as setting priority of work packages, resource allocation, and work package scheduling
- Prioritize and handle multiple priorities and tasks; including leading and participating in multiple concurrent projects, while also contributing to practice development and business development activities
- Act as an expert in your areas of focus (e.g. include, but are not limited to technology strategy, technology governance & operating model, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, agile delivery)
- Help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including to senior executives
- Coach and collaborate with peers, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance
- Lead practice development activities (e.g. new service offerings, training packages, recruiting initiatives, marketing)
- Lead, and contribute to business development activities, including writing proposals and presenting them to clients, and responding to RFPs
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
Relevant experience, either from consulting / professional services or in an industry role
Experience in Oil & Gas, Public Sector or Utilities will be preferred
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or another technical area. MBA would be an advantage
Experience leading teams to deliver experience focused, technology enabled business solutions, either as part of a large transformation program, or independently for a client. Experience leading cross-functional teams would be an asset
