You will be joining the Digital Solutions & Transformation Department to coordinate and supervise digital transformation projects. In particular, you will lead the strategic program of the Marine & Offshore Division which aims to integrate all the activities of design review, equipment certification and survey of ships under construction and in service, in a single system based on the ARAS PLM.

Your main missions will be to:

• Scope the vision and the transformation roadmap (milestones, deliverables, stakeholders & contributors, budget, methods)

• Define the target in terms of processes, solutions and organizations and ensure stakeholder adoption

• Lead the governance to ensure business and digital teams are synchronized, effective and give visibility

• Anticipate risks and ensure decision-making

• Define and implement the change management or “go to market” plan

• Lead a team of 3-5 people

Graduated with a Master from a business or engineering school, you have about 10-12 years experience in the field of digital transformation, especially in a consulting sector.

You have a strong interest for digital, operational excellence, change management and strategy. Previous experience in the implementation of PLM, would be appreciated.

As a good communicator both orally and in writing, you are recognized for your leadership.

Adaptable, you know how to show initiative and be proactive.

You will be required to travel within France and abroad.
