Humana is seeking a Physician Strategy Sr. Professional to join our growing team. The Physician Strategy professional will be responsible for setting and implementing strategy for internal and external physician groups. The Physician Strategy Sr. Professional work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Physician Strategy Sr. Professional increases engagement and interactions. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physician SharePoint site updates, maintenance and engagement
• Lead Mentor Programs (New Hire and Leader Led) + Program Maintenance
• Lead and design community surveys (Survey Monkey)
• PLDP (Physician Leadership Development Program) Lead/Program Maintenance
• Recognition Program Engagement and Maintenance (manage daily recognition as well as corp recognition programs)
• Meeting planning and support, including in-person and virtual meetings
• Yammer/Buzz engagement and maintenance
• Maintain and update repository for Physician Growth, Development and Education Opportunities
• Physician Specialty directory maintenance (Power BI Tool)
• Maintain and update All Physician list monthly + ad hoc
• All Physician Newsletter – lead design and content for quarterly physician newsletter (in conjunction with Physician Sub-Committees)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience (supporting physicians, leading engagement programs, etc.)
• Experience supporting clinical professionals (3+ years)
• Project Management Experience
• Comfort and ability presenting to large audiences of Physicians and Executive Leaders
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on associate engagement programs
• Experience working on and executing corporate communication plans
• Experience working with Power BI and other analytic tools
• Humana knowledge and experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$78,400 - $107,800 per year
