Work You'll Do
As a Project, Associate Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining clear, timely communication with customers and stakeholders, including status updates, risk/issue flagging, and follow-through
- Overseeing mission readiness activities, monitoring status, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
- Tracking and reporting compliance with required reporting timelines, formats, and governance expectations
- Managing communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and escalating as appropriate
- Developing, packaging, and disseminating workforce messages aligned with leadership guidance and organizational priorities
- Partnering with internal entities to meet deadlines and delivering accurate, high-quality responses and products
- Maintaining, following, and helping improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, repeatable workflows
- Supporting adjudication/clear resolution of action items by gathering inputs, aligning stakeholders, and documenting outcomes
- Coordinating, tracking, and driving closure of action items across multiple organizational components and leadership levels

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with operations management
- 2+ years of experience with overseeing mission readiness activities and ensuring ongoing compliance
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
