Job Duties:
- Works under close supervision, with work closely defined and standardized which allows the incumbent limited opportunity to use judgment or initiative.
- Performs simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions.
- Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience with operating a multi-line console telephone system preferred.
- Experience with DOT driver files preferred.
- Experience with time entry preferred.

- Administrative Associate: $15.85 - $28.53/hour
- Senior Administrative Associate: $16.61 - $29.90/hour
